Perfect energy saving effect
• Ordinary shell-tube air dryer only bears 40% heat load through tube while 60% heat load is born through evaporator, which is high energy consumption product with more than 15 ̊C In-out temperature differential. Panel-thorn condensation purifier saves more than 15 percent energy and costs less with 55% heat load born by pre-cooler and only 45 percent by evaporator.
No air physically exchange and low due point temperature
• No air physical exchange as ordinary shelltube air dryer and all air exchange heat fully with low dew point temperature of outlet air which can actually reaches 2 ̊C to 3 ̊C.
Compacted construction, high efficiency
